Supporting Student Success

VISION STATEMENT

As credentialed school counselors at Pleasant Grove High School, we are dedicated to empowering every student to achieve academic success, personal/social growth and wellness, and develop a post-secondary plan.

MISSION STATEMENT

Pleasant Grove High School’s comprehensive school counseling program is led by professional school counselors who advocate, collaborate and facilitate actions that support student success. School counselors provide every student the opportunity to acquire the attitude, skills and knowledge necessary for a productive future. By addressing the specific needs of a learner, our goal is to deliver services in three domains: academic, career and personal/social development. Through individual and group activities, our program promotes lifelong learning, respect for social and cultural differences and encourages our youth to make positive contributions to their community.
